Roselle Gift offers free standard shipping on all orders to the markets we serve. No minimum order value is required.

Countries and Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier:

United States and Canada: 7-15 business days
Japan: 5-7 business days
Europe: 7-12 business days
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong: 7-15 business days

European delivery currently includes the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Czech Republic, and Poland.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays or high-volume gifting seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free for all orders to supported destinations.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, VAT, GST, and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges, if applied, are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
